Banned from the chicken shop in Scunthorpe, Peter has been breaking CTCC hearts since the mid-noughties, when he was introduced to Brigg Road life by his father, Will Jacob.

Peter was handed the Third Team gloves, upon his arrival, as the club searched for an answer to Australian wicketkeeper-batsman, Adam Gilchrist. Equipped with his trademark slog sweep, Peter subsequently answered the call.

As one of the more popular CTCC players, Peter will be hoping to build on his success of 2011 - 437 runs, at an average of 29.13. His involvement in 2012 will, undoubtedly, send shivers down the spines of Lincolnshire League bowlers.
